Tom Crew has been with Lombard Street Research since April 2007 and is responsible for managing our accounts throughout the UK, Europe and Asia. Before joining Lombard Street Research he spent seven years working in the television industry. Prior to that he held positions with Lloyds TSB and Cheltenham & Gloucester in customer service.

Tom has a keen appreciation of music with Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly and the Beatles amongst his favourite artists.

Client Relations Manager, New York

Jacqueline Rolandelli joined Lombard Street Research in September 2008 as Client Relations and Office Manager at our New York base. She has a dual role in maintaining client support for the Americas and also managing the day to day running of our New York headquarters.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Her career began in Sales and was subsequently focused on Customer relations and Management. She spent five years at CCICN directing the National Certification Program and moved to Intelligent Search Technology where she expanded operations by opening a new office in White Plains, NY.

Jacqueline was born and raised in Westchester and has recently moved to Brooklyn with her son.
